The Office of Student Involvement is hosting a trip to watch The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping at the Movie Tavern - Trexlertown on Friday, Novemeber 20th, 2026 at 6:00pm.
DAY OF TRIP: The bus leaves at 6 PM on Friday, November 20 from the McFarland Student Union A-1 parking lot.

There are no refunds or exchanges on the ticket unless the trip is canceled. The trip ticket is not transferrable to another student or non-student.
The Hunger Games Movie Tavern Bus Trip Wavier
As a participant in the event, I realize injuries can be a consequence of participation in this activity. I appreciate the character of the risk involved and I voluntarily assume all risk of possible death, harm, or injury. I understand and appreciate that such an injury could also include, without limitation, serious or permanent injuries to all bodily organs and functions. I am aware of the risk of participation in this designated activity. I have carefully considered how the possible consequences of injury may impact me, and I choose to accept this risk and participate in the designated activity.
In accepting this risk, I expressly and explicitly release, discharge and waive any and all responsibility of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Kutztown University Student Services, Incorporated (KUSSI), and the Student Government Association, and their employees, officials or agents of any and all of the foregoing, pursuant to, or pertaining or related to, or arising from, in any manner, injuries to me as a result of my participation in this activity.
TRANSPORTATION: I agree to be at the designated location (MSU parking lot by 6pm for leaving departure and departing Movie Tavern Trexlertown after the movie ends, (approximately 10:00pm for returning departure) at the communicated time. I understand that I am responsible for returning to Kutztown University via provided transportation. I will not hold the aforementioned groups responsible for providing my return transportation to Kutztown University or reimbursement for any expenses incurred because of my failure to return to the departure location at the specified time. I further understand that failure to return to Kutztown University on the transportation provided may result in disciplinary action.
INSURANCE: I attest that, as a trip participant, I carry personal health insurance.
